Psychotherapy and Coaching
Fees: The checkout cart below reflects my current rates. In special circumstances, I may provide a reduced rate, please talk to me.
Insurance: I will provide you with a montly invoice or 'superbill' for psychotherapy session that you may submit to your insurance company for Out-of-Network benefits or for a health saving plan. A superbill includes a diagnosis and treatment code.
Cancellation: Twenty four hours notice is required for cancellation. Clients will be billed for missed appointments without prior notification.
Psychotherapy can only occur in person. Phone consults and coaching do not take the place of therapy and are not appropriate in certain circumstances. Please be sure to talk to Sarah if you have any questions.
